To be eligible to use the kbd8 platform, all of the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be of sound mind and legally capable of making decisions.
• You will operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit — not on behalf of a third party.
• You will not use the service from any region or country where it is prohibited by law.
• Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts will be considered a violation of the rules.

2.1 Registration Process

To create an account on kbd8, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation at any time and forfeiture of any stored funds.

2.2 Identity Verification

kbd8 may request documents for identity verification at any time. These may include:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify kbd8 support immediately. Allowing third parties to use your account without authorization is prohibited.

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the kbd8 platform is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are:

• Nagad
• Rocket
• Upay
• Bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.)

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). After successful verification, withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal requests will be processed using the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Fraud & Abuse Prevention

If any transaction appears suspicious, kbd8 may hold the payment pending investigation. Any attempt at money laundering or fraud will result in immediate account cancellation.

kbd8's VIP program has three tiers, offering additional benefits to regular players:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Progression to a higher VIP tier depends on your overall activity and participation on the platform. kbd8 reserves the right to modify VIP benefit terms at any time.

kbd8 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Providing false identity or information
• Violating the age requirement (under 21)
• Breaching any clause of these Terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Suspected money laundering
• Operating multiple accounts

Players who wish to close their own account may contact kbd8 support directly. Legitimate funds will generally be returned, however bonus-related balances may be cancelled.

kbd8 takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe that betting is an entertainment activity and should never be a cause of financial hardship.

Steps players can take to protect themselves:

• Set session time limits
• Request a temporary break or voluntary self-exclusion if needed

• Loss of bets due to technical outages or internet disconnection
• A player's failure to protect their own account credentials
• Issues related to third-party services (payment gateways)
• Problems with the player's own device or connection

However, in the case of a proven technical error, kbd8 is committed to providing an appropriate resolution.
